  • Customer Service Support Specialist
    Location: RIDC Park
    Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
    Days & Hours of Shift: 2nd Shift but will train on 1st
    Hours Per Week: Full Time
    Salary/Wage: $17.50 – $17.75/hr.
    Description: Will be providing support to patients, families and medical professionals in the use of the product via phone and email contact. Troubleshoot issues effectively and in compliance with all associated training & work instruction. Identify specific issues with regard to patient questions / concerns / complaints and utilizes advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve issues. Document all customer complaint, alleged product deficiencies, returned goods orders, change requests / change orders, sales orders, call reports and any other required documentation in applicable systems.
    Requirements: Must have either an Associate or Bachelor Degree and Min. 2yrs experience in Customer Service / Trouble Shooting Environment.
