  CHS is going green!  We are pleased to offer employees a paperless pay system to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and eliminate the possibility of check fraud exposure.  Employees may choose either direct deposit to their checking or savings account or a pay card, which does not require a bank account.  With either option, CHS employees are paid on a weekly basis.

  CHS offers the option of purchasing affordable, short term group medical insurance for just dollars a day.  Your CHS representative can provide you with a brochure outlining this service.

  Our state-of-the-art training system is available to CHS employees at no cost.  Enhance your computer skills by training at home or in our office on the software programs that are in demand now.

• Paid Holidays

  CHS employees are eligible to receive holiday pay after working 1,500 hours in a 12 month period and 40 hours in the five business days prior to the holiday.  Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

• Referral Bonuses

  CHS offers competitive monetary or gas card bonuses to employees who refer friends and family to our service.

• Scholarship Program

  Each year, CHS awards a student employee who meets enrollment and employment requirements with a $1,000 scholarship to use towards his or her education.  The winner is selected anonymously based on eligibility, community involvement, and essay response.

• Vacation Pay

  After working 1,500 hours during a 12 month period, CHS employees are eligible to receive one week’s vacation pay.
