CHS is going green! We are pleased to offer employees a paperless pay system to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and eliminate the possibility of check fraud exposure. Employees may choose either direct deposit to their checking or savings account or a pay card, which does not require a bank account. With either option, CHS employees are paid on a weekly basis.

- Paid Holidays
CHS employees are eligible to receive holiday pay after working 1,500 hours in a 12 month period and 40 hours in the five business days prior to the holiday. Paid holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- Referral Bonuses
CHS offers competitive monetary or gas card bonuses to employees who refer friends and family to our service.
- Safety Bonuses
At CHS, safety pays! Monthly safety initiatives are available at select assignments and at the discretion of CHS.
- Scholarship Program
Each year, CHS awards a student employee who meets enrollment and employment requirements with a $1,000 scholarship to use towards his or her education. The winner is selected anonymously based on eligibility, community involvement, and essay response.

After working 1,500 hours during a 12 month period, CHS employees are eligible to receive one week’s vacation pay.
