We invite you to begin the Preliminary Application process by selecting the office below that is most convenient to you.

• If your application appears to present a potential match for our current or anticipated openings, you may receive a follow up phone call from a CHS staff member with instructions on next steps in the registration process.
• If there does not appear to be an immediate match, your preliminary application will remain on file for review in conjunction with future openings.
• If you need to change your work status or update your information, please call the office location where you originally registered. Phone numbers are listed under each BRANCH TAB below.

Please complete only one Preliminary Application to prevent delays in processing. Once registered, your application will be available to all offices.
