Fraud Alert
We have been made aware that there may be malicious actors impersonating or posing as CHS solutions staff to communicate fraudulent job offers or solicit personal information. This contact is not initiated by or affiliated with CHS Solutions.
We urge job seekers to become aware of common signs of recruitment fraud and to protect themselves against such activity.
CHS Solutions will NEVER:
- Charge a fee to jobseekers or ask you for payment, money transfer, or to purchase prepaid debit cards.
- Ask for your social media credentials or other login information.
- Email you from a commercial email address such as gmail or yahoo or use What’sApp to text job offers or request information.
CHS does source candidates through public-facing avenues such as job boards and social media, so please contact us directly if in doubt.
CHS Solutions recommends job seekers:
- Validate any communication about which you are uncertain by contacting us directly through our official channels.
- Be aware of correspondence from spoofed email addresses.
- Take extra precaution with unsolicited communication such as job offers for jobs you did not apply to, requests for sensitive personal information, or requests for payment.
- Do not share your personal or financial details over the phone or email.
If you believe you have been a victim of fraud or have shared your personal or financial details with a fraudulent actor, you may wish to contact your financial institutions and/or credit card companies, and to file a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
